Contains information for the collective communication of NdFlatteners.

The default arguments in the constructor are chosen in a sensible way:

To communicate su2double data, just call Nd_MPI_Environment().
To communicate unsigned long data, call Nd_MPI_Environment(MPI_UNSIGNED_LONG).
